YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist (Junior/Mid-Level, B2B) to join our global marketing team. This junior-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who is eager to grow their skills and take the next step in their career.

You will be responsible for supporting and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on social media, website updates, paid campaigns, and webinar productions. Working closely with the broader marketing team, you will help deliver campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement, while gaining valuable experience in global B2B marketing.

This is a collaborative and fast-paced role where you will balance creative execution with technical know-how, contributing to the growth and visibility of the knoell brand worldwide.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  •  Manage and grow organic social media content (LinkedIn and YouTube), ensuring alignment with global brand messaging.
  • Execute and monitor paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Bing), tracking ROI and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Support global webinar production and logistics, coordinating with the Senior Marketing Manager and subject matter experts.
  • Assist with web-based material for SEO alignment.
  • Support the creation of digital assets, including Canva graphics, video snippets, and campaign materials.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance using analytics tools and support the preparation of reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with team members across content, events, automation, and design to align campaigns globally

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of global marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Track and document campaign activity, ensuring deadlines are met.
  •  Ensure campaign content and visuals are consistent with brand guidelines.

Technical Responsibilities

Webinar Support

  • Assist with production, logistics, promotion and follow-up for webinars.
  •  Coordinate with experts and internal teams on materials and scheduling.
  • Support content repurposing for post-webinar engagement.

Social & Paid Media Execution

  • Write, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts aligned with campaigns and events.
  • Execute and monitor paid campaigns, supporting reporting and performance analysis.
  • Contribute to content calendar planning with the wider team.

Website & CMS

  • Publish and update content on the corporate website.
  • Apply SEO best practices to all digital content.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Assist with monitoring performance across digital channels using analytics tools.
  • Provide reports and insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to testing activities (A/B, content performance) to optimize and improve campaigns.

 

You will be balancing multiple priorities, work independently and deliver in a timely manner to align with campaign goals.

 

 

 
YOUR PROFILE

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience digital marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, paid media, and website CMS.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with webinar or virtual event tools is a plus (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.

Technical

  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google/Bing Ads, or similar platforms; eager to expand expertise.
  • Salesforce (CRM) for campaign setting and performance reporting
  • Familiar with CMS platforms and SEO fundamentals
  • Grasp of analytics platforms (preferably Matomo or similar)
  • Understanding of UTM tagging and tracking campaign performance

Content & Marketing Strategy

  • Strong writing skills for B2B social media and campaign assets
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and B2B marketing tactics
  • A keen eye for design and branding consistency across all channels
  • Ability to create data-informed strategies that support business growth.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with global teams
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset

Project Management

  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and delivery quality
  • Ability to work independently while managing timelines and expectations
