Please note: We are only able to hire candidates based in European countries where we have offices and an established presence, including Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Greece, and Croatia.

YOUR ROLE
  • Develop, plan, and oversee efficacy testing strategies for active substances, biocidal products, and biocidal product families in line with current regulatory guidance.
  • Apply and share strong IUCLID expertise, including the preparation of robust study summaries and contribution to efficacy and resistance sections of regulatory dossiers.
  • Support clients with scientific and regulatory questions related to efficacy requirements, study design, and interactions with regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal scientific and regulatory experts, acting as a key interface to ensure integrated and high-quality project delivery.
  • Represent and promote the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings by demonstrating efficacy expertise and supporting training and business development activities.
  • Manage biocides projects from initiation to completion, coordinating communication between clients, internal teams, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE
  • A degree in Microbiology or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in efficacy testing, biocides, or a related regulatory or scientific field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR), relevant efficacy guidance, and efficacy test methods (e.g. CEN standards).
  • Hands-on experience with IUCLID, including the preparation of study summaries and regulatory documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in project coordination or leading internal task forces, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
